O9win Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the o9win platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the o9win platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must stop using the platform immediately. o9win reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The o9win platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. o9win reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify eligibility.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on o9win. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. You are responsible for updating your personal information should any changes occur. o9win reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. o9win will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to keep their account secure.
- Do not share your password with any third party.
- Use a strong, unique password combination.
- Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the o9win platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which they operate. The platform must not be used for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful to others.
3. Platform Usage Rules
O9win users are required to comply with all platform usage rules. Violation of any of the following rules may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent account closure:
- The use of any software, bots, automated scripts, or third-party tools designed to exploit or manipulate the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Fraud, identity falsification, or providing false information to o9win is strictly prohibited.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity is strictly prohibited.
- Misuse of bonuses, promotions, or special offers in a manner that contradicts the stated offer terms is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing your account or allowing others to use it for betting or transactions is strictly prohibited.
- Commercial use of this platform is prohibited without prior written consent from o9win.
O9win reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the o9win platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). o9win does not accept foreign currencies directly. Available payment methods include bank transfers via FPX and local digital wallets.
Deposit
Deposits are credited to your o9win account once payment confirmation is successfully received. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method — most deposits are processed almost instantly. o9win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet verified in the name of the same o9win account holder. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe set by o9win, subject to any required investigation and verification.
- O9win reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to current policy and may change.
Transaction Errors
In the event of a technical error or incorrect payment, o9win reserves the right to correct or void the transaction in question. Users are required to report any discrepancies in their transaction records within 7 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
O9win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of betting funds due to technical disruptions, temporary platform downtime, or user internet connectivity failures.
O9win's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
O9win reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity or misconduct.
- Failure to meet identity verification (KYC) requirements.
- Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
- Accounts inactive beyond the specified period.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, text, and graphics on the o9win platform are the exclusive property of o9win or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these assets without prior written consent from o9win.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Third-Party Links and Services
The o9win platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. o9win does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
Third-party game providers and payment processors that partner with o9win are subject to their own terms and conditions, which may differ from those of o9win.
Changes to Terms
O9win reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-platform notice or email to registered users. The date these terms were last updated will be stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the o9win platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution body.
Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from this document while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
